Kirk is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for real estate, renovation, technology, visual storytelling, and business strategy. With over 25 years of experience in high-tech and corporate environments, he developed a strong desire to build something different—something rooted in people, relationships, meaningful, and fulfilling work.
That vision led to the creation of Savvy AVP. Today, Kirk is a Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot and an active photographer and videographer, combining technical expertise with a passion for helping others succeed.
Kyesn is a driven young entrepreneur with a natural eye for photography and visual composition. He began flying drones at age 15 and quickly developed a passion for capturing compelling imagery, leading to formal photography education, freelance work, and ultimately co-founding Savvy AVP.
At just 18, he became a business partner in a final-mile delivery and installation company, gaining real-world experience in operations and customer service. Today, Kyesn is a Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot, photographer, and videographer, bringing creativity, precision, and a fresh perspective to every project.

What services do you offer?
Complete Real Estate Media Capture and Creation Services - From tiny charmers to sprawling luxury estates, and even large acreage properties, such as ranches and farms.
Brand Story Video - Cinematic, lifestyle-driven story telling video crafted to showcase your listing, product, business, or brand through authentic, real-world experiences.
Drone Services - Commercial Part 107 Certified sUAS operations including inspection, mapping, progress monitoring\reporting in industries such as construction, architecture, agriculture and more.
Commercial Outdoor and Indoor FPV Video Capture.
Subcontract\Partner Services - Partner with other businesses to augment their service offerings, or simply due to the scale of an event or project.

How do you ensure quality?
We first and foremost pay attention to detail and set expectations around quality of work. We set standards, develop processes and methods to help ensure quality and timely delivery. We use only vetted, licensed and or certified professionals where required. And finally, we have developed what we call a "shadow program" to help ensure similar processes and quality.

What is your turnaround time?
Next Business Day: Most real estate and Essential capture services have a 24 hour delivery time objective.
Variable Depending: More elaborate services such as Brand Story Video, Hosted Video, Savvy AVP Signature Services, and drone mapping for example, may require additional time due to editing or application processing time needed to complete.
Do you offer drone services?
Yes, our Part 107 certified drone pilots perform a plethora of drone services. See "What services do you offer?" in this FAQ section.
